How much does docpk cost?
docpk is free for every doctor until 1 October 2026 — no card, no charge, unlimited prescriptions. After that it’s one simple plan: Rs. 2,000/month or Rs. 20,000/year (two months free). See our pricing page for full details.
How do patients receive the prescription?
When you save a prescription, docpk creates a private live link and a downloadable PDF. You can send the link straight to the patient on WhatsApp with one tap. They can open it, save it, or show it at the pharmacy — no app install needed for them.
Is patient data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you (the prescribing doctor) and the patient with the share link can view a prescription. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The Practice plan is month-to-month and you can cancel from your account at any time. Your prescriptions and patient records stay with you. See our Refund Policy.
